Our cheeses can be eaten fresh or cured, the latter ones can be cured covered in paprika or in olive oil.
Each type of cheese has its own identity, making a perfect cheese board for every occasion. Their texture and flavour can be enhanced with the local bread and wine.

The torte del Casar is an organic cheese made from the milk of sheep raised in controlled condicions, the "cuajo" plant and salt.
